Our goal
La Mezza 300 is a cycling event with free-paced riding, suitable for road bikes and e-bikes, designed to spend a day in the saddle while crossing spectacular routes in the Valnerina area.
Meeting point and start
The meeting point and start will take place on Sunday, July 12, 2026, in Cascia, with start and finish in Piazza San Francesco.
The meeting point is scheduled from 7:00 a.m., while the rolling start (“French start”) will take place between 8:15 and 8:30 a.m.
Routes
Both routes will be marked with black arrows on a yellow background, placed near intersections that will not be staffed. Along the routes, there will be checkpoints where cyclists can confirm their passage via chip. GPS tracks will also be available for download. In the event of route errors by participants, responsibility cannot be attributed to the organizers.
Awards
Teams and participants who have completed at least one of the three routes will be awarded according to the following criteria:
• the first 15 road teams with the highest total kilometers ridden by each member of the cycling group, plus a bonus assigned based on the region of origin (Valle d’Aosta 40, Piedmont 30, Lombardy 30, Trentino-Alto Adige 30, Friuli Venezia Giulia 40, Veneto 30, Liguria 30, Emilia-Romagna 20, Tuscany 15, Umbria 10, Marche 15, Lazio 15, Abruzzo 15, Campania 30, Molise 20, Apulia 40, Basilicata 40, Calabria 50, Sicily 60, Sardinia 60, foreign countries 100);
• the youngest male and female participant;
• the oldest male and female participant;
• the participant coming from the farthest distance, male and female;
• all male–female couples.
