L’Esperienza: Camminare nel Cuore del Paesaggio Il trekking di oggi, battezzato "The Silver Trails" (I Sentieri d'Argento), prende il nome dal riflesso cangiante delle foglie degli ulivi secolari che dominano il paesaggio. Non è una semplice escursione, ma un'immersione in un ecosistema unico:

• Sentieri Storici e Natura Incontaminata: Percorreremo antiche vie di comunicazione che si snodano tra muretti a secco e uliveti monumentali, vere e proprie sculture naturali che raccontano la storia di questa terra.
• Scorci Mozzafiato: Il percorso è studiato per offrirvi costantemente una prospettiva privilegiata. • The Ride: A relaxed, scenic bike ride through the countryside. This flat route is perfect for active recovery, allowing you to soak in the rural beauty at a leisurely pace.
• The Mill Visit: We arrive at a prestigious local oil mill for a technical tour. You’ll learn about the modern cold-pressing process and the ancient traditions that ensure the highest quality.
• Tasting & Light Lunch: Experience a professional tasting followed by a curated light lunch. Discover how the oil enhances the flavors of local legumes, artisanal breads, and traditional specialties in an exclusive setting.

The Experience: A Dynamic and Diverse Journey Day four is all about challenge and dynamism. After the relaxed pace of the previous days, it’s time to test your muscles and endurance with a day dedicated to active cycling. This is more than just a ride; it is a technical and scenic journey led by a professional guide who knows every curve of the land. Accompanied by an expert, you will tackle an itinerary designed to showcase the morphological variety of the Trasimeno area. The tour offers a perfect balance of rhythm and sensation:

• Along the Lakeshore: We begin with fast, flat stretches along the water’s edge, where you can feel the lake breeze and enjoy the fluidity of the ride.
• Climbing Higher: Panoramic Villages: We leave the shore to face scenic climbs winding toward the surrounding hamlets. Each ascent is rewarded with "postcard views" stretching from Umbria to Tuscany.

The Experience: Pedaling towards the vineyards The fifth day combines the freedom of cycling with the timeless charm of vine-covered hills. In the saddle of your bike, you will ride along scenic paths that wind through the estates, where the green rows of vines draw perfect geometric lines on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno.

• The Cycling Route: An enjoyable and immersive ride that allows you to breathe in the country air and reach one of the region's historic estates. Moving on two wheels through the vineyards is the best way to feel the deep connection between the land and its fruits.
• A Walk through the Rows: Upon arriving at the winery, we will leave our bikes for a guided walk through the vines. This is the opportunity to understand the characteristics of the soil and the life cycle of the vine, getting a first-hand look at the raw materials behind local excellence.

• Sailing: We leave the mainland to embark on a day dedicated to sailing. Guided by expert skippers, we will glide across the lake's surface, experiencing a silence broken only by the hull cutting through the water. It is a unique opportunity to experience the peace of the lake from a privileged perspective, inaccessible from land.
• The Islands of Trasimeno: Our navigation will take us among the basin's islands, allowing us to admire the coastline of Castiglione del Lago and the lakeside villages from a magical distance. You will experience the true feeling of freedom that only sailing can provide, immersed in a unique ecosystem.

The Evening: Second Gastronomic Experience – The "Lake Dinner" To end this sensory journey on a high note, the final evening is dedicated to rediscovering the culinary traditions linked to freshwater.

We will head to a selected restaurant where local ingredients are showcased in a menu that celebrates the identity of Trasimeno.
