A journey of discovery of what nature has to offer, diving into 'foraging'. Would you like to know how to recognise wild and medicinal herbs? Would you like to discover how to use them in your kitchen? Then this experience is just right for you! Beneath our feet lies a whole universe of flavours and medicinal properties that we often ignore. Together with us, you will walk through the meadows and ditches of ABC rural to learn how to recognise the wild herbs that have nourished and healed for centuries. This is certainly not a botany lesson, but an immersion in the 'language of the earth' by rediscovering ancient knowledge. We will reveal how to identify edible species, how to harvest them while respecting biodiversity, and how to use them in the kitchen to enrich your dishes with forgotten aromas. A return to the origins to look at a meadow no longer as a backdrop, but as a generous larder!

Trail period: March to June and September to November, with favourable weather.
The tour starts, of course, in the field, walking and looking for herbs guided by Nancy who knows them well. It then continues in the kitchen, for a cooking class that will allow you to learn how to clean and cook wild herbs and edible flowers. The experience ends with a tasting that will allow you to appreciate the flavour of what has been harvested, combined with other seasonal dishes to complete the sensory experience.
