Aqua Bio Retreat is located on a 100-hectare private estate, surrounded by more than 1,500 olive trees and an impressive 6-hectare artificial lake. Surrounded by rolling hills, cypress trees, olive groves and ancient farmhouses, the estate offers spectacular views as far as the distant outlines of medieval villages.The spacious and bright house combines rustic Tuscan charm with modern comforts. The chestnut-beamed ceilings and handmade terracotta floors create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The house is spread over two floors, connected both internally by a spiral staircase and externally by a wide brick staircase.On the ground floor, the main entrance opens onto a shaded and flowered portico, furnished with armchairs and large terracotta vases. Inside, a hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a cosy sitting area with sofa and fireplace. On the same level there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower for shared use. Also on the ground floor, with independent external access, there is a small single bedroom (single bed) with en suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and a service bathroom.On the upper floor, accessible both from the inside and from an external staircase, there is a large living area with sofas, TV, fireplace and wooden writing desk, ideal for relaxing or reading in peace or for smart working. The kitchen leads to the heart of the house: the large covered patio, a real outdoor living area with sofas, furniture and a large wooden table. Here there is also a traditional wood-burning oven and a brick barbecue, perfect for convivial dinners in any season.The patio connects the main house to an independent annexe, which has two bedrooms - one double and one twin - and a shared bathroom, offering additional space and privacy for families or groups of friends. Finally, about 30 metres from the main house is the private spa, an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery and equipped with a 4-seater Jacuzzi tub (1.30 m deep), sauna, Turkish bath and panoramic chaise longues. Inspired by the self-purification mechanisms of natural lakes, unlike traditional pools, it does not use chlorine or other chemical agents to purify the water, but uses a biological system based on aquatic plants and microorganisms. A relaxing corner with comfortable designer loungers and a work area perfectly integrated with the nature of the farm.
