Located just 1 km from Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno, on the border with Tuscany, this ancient farmhouse dating back to the 18th century, partly built of stone, offers flats furnished with period furniture and terracotta floors and exposed beams. The flats have their own green area equipped with sun umbrella, chairs and garden table, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the place. You can relax in the shade of the trees, stroll through the fields and observe the starry sky without distraction, enjoy the company of the cats that live in the farmhouse, read a good book, and reflect on the importance of simplicity and contact with nature without the interference of digital devices; in fact, the lodgings are digital detox, so they do not have wifi and TV. In the 8,000 square metre park-garden, with tall trees and hedges, there is also the Awen Tree House, built in wood according to green building techniques and set in a small wood of holm oaks. The tree house overlooks, at a height of about five metres, the small lake below with water lilies, which is a lure for grey herons and other passing bird species.
