A love for the land, the vineyards and the products of our land, Umbria, Assisi.

The Tili winery stretches over the hills that flank the town of Assisi to the east, a land rich in peace and saints, but also with a centuries-old wine and olive oil tradition. It is not known what the founder of the Tili family found when he came to these hills from northern Europe in the wake of Barbarossa in 1200, but since then the Tili family have lovingly cultivated this land mixed with rock to extract the best fruits, such as wine andoil. In 1978 , the owner continued the family tradition, handed down from father to son, and began bottling his own production, driven by a dream: that of making his wine travel to the furthest corners of the world, so that lovers of good drinking could get to know and appreciate it. Passionate commitment and tenacious research are making the dream come true. The 90-100,000 bottles produced annually are tasted in selected wine-loving circles in Japan, the USA, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Switzerland and Sweden.

This tasting is designed for curious palates who want to go beyond a standard glass of wine and discover the true depth of Umbrian flavors. After a relaxed stroll through our organic vineyards and ancient olive grove, we'll guide you through four of our best organic wines — Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT — paired with artisan local cheeses, house-made jams, organic honey, and our own balsamic vinegar, all produced without a single chemical.Warm bruschetta topped with our estate extra virgin olive oil rounds out the experience. Perfect for vegetarians, and for anyone who wants to taste an Italy that guidebooks rarely show you.The tasting menu can be adapted to any dietary need, including allergies, intolerances, or special diets.
