ABC rural is the perfect place for a holiday where you can relax by doing small things, listening to the silence, discovering smells and flavours that only the earth can give us, and being fascinated by timeless knowledge. And you can also cool off on the infinity pool overlooking the valley! Nancy and Michele are #becomingagriculturists (this is their motto), cultivating vegetables and planting ancient fruits, gathering wild herbs, searching for truffles, breeding animals at risk of extinction and producing their honey, jams, EVO oil, flour from ancient grains(ground on site)... and then enjoying them on the table with you!
