The race is a Mountain Bike competition that, in previous editions, has seen between 350 and 400 athletes at the starting line. It takes place in the Municipality of Città della Pieve up to Monte Pausillo, covering approximately 45–50 km (Marathon route) and about 30–35 km (Classic route).

Beyond the recreational and competitive aspect, the event is also an important opportunity to promote our wonderful area, characterised by unique landscapes and the presence of numerous artistic masterpieces, including those by “Il Perugino”.

Furthermore, as in 2025, some of the prizes for the overall winners and the various categories will likely be created by the “Laboratorio Terrarte” Association of Città della Pieve (PG), which provides educational, training and socio-health support to children and adults with disabilities through the promotion of culture and art: a way for us, too, to contribute to this wonderful initiative.
