In Nancy's company, you will enter the heart of the Umbrian gastronomic tradition. Starting with flours from ancient grains grown on the farm, which you will see transformed into flour thanks to our small stone mill, you will learn the art of rolling out the dough and preparing dishes that taste of home. Every gesture will bring you closer to the value of raw materials because this experience is not just a cooking class, but a convivial narrative where every ingredient has a story to tell. And then there is the grand finale: the pleasure of sitting down at the table to enjoy what you have prepared with your own hands!
Durata percorso: 2 ore + degustazione libera
First we will grind our wheat, of 'ancient' or rather traditional varieties, with our stone mill and you will see how the grain is transformed into flour. We will then move on to the kitchen where we will reveal to you all the secrets of fresh pasta making, from the dough to the cutting, and recipes to enhance it. We will teach you how to make a tagliatella and a stuffed pasta. The workshop will end at the table, tasting the 2 types of pasta prepared together, after a delicious peasant starter made with our raw materials
